We may, however, provide services to you via resources and servers outside of your jurisdiction of residence and, due to IVAS’s global operating and management requirements, we may transfer and store your Personal Data outside of your jurisdiction of residence with members of IVAS globally and its Recipients (defined below) to the extent permitted under applicable law.

 

We will continue to retain the Personal Data that we collect for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the original purpose of collection and as may be required under applicable law or business purposes.

The purpose for which Personal Data is collected and processed includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • To facilitate IVAS-related events (e.g. talks, presentations, workshops etc);

  • To comply with any regulatory, audit or security-related requirements;

  • To send you direct marketing relating to IVAS and/or its schools (e.g. newsletters and advertisements regarding IVAS); and

  • Any other purposes related to the smooth running of any IVAS connections.

In order to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to serve you, we may share Personal Data with members of the IVAS and other Recipients who are located in the United Kingdom, the EU and the Rest of the World in which the Recipients have operations. We will only share and transfer Personal Data as is necessary, as subject to this Privacy Policy and will require these Recipients to provide such Personal Data with a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that under the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the relevant IVAS operates.

“Recipients” may include but are not limited to educational institutions, educational service providers, performing arts institutions, arts organisations, sports organisations, professionals (individuals as well as organisations) involved in teaching and learning at IVAS networksss, data analysis service providers, advertising service providers, product suppliers and service providers which the IVAS may inform you of.

3. Non-identifiable Personal Data

We may gather statistics with respect to academic performance and applications for admission and share with members of the IVAS Group or other institutions or publicly disclose such statistics and analytical data, for the purpose of analyzing the operations of the relevant IVAS school or IVAS Group. Such data will not consist of any Personal Data.

Save as permissible above, we will only disclose your Personal Data to third parties or the public with your consent or based on applicable laws and regulations.

Managing Your Personal Data
